If another pirate turner is already in use, you must wait until it is over.
Rules:
Can only be used if T3KYO has music in the background during games.
No songs with profanity are allowed, nor are intentional annoying/obnoxious
songs allowed. Rules broken will cancel the usage of the Pirate Tuner

win, but there's a chance you just might. Use the device strategically - less
people, the more chances to win.

Get T3KYO to play music using his Ocarina. He'll play a song of your choice,
or he can attempt to play alongside (with improvising) a requested song.
He might not be able to play everything, but he'll try!
Each song counts as “1 uses”.
